Amour mechanical services has come to our rescue countless times over the past few years!! Time and time again we have faced situations where we are dealing with different plumbers due to warranty issues that come with buying “new construction homes”. During these times, we have gone out of our way to call for his expertise…without it, we may be in some precarious situations! That’s how much trust he has built. He definitely thinks outside the box and ensures that he has done the best job possible. Amour mechanical services will always be my first choice. Thank you so much Will, for everything that you do!! Our Viessmann boiler crapped out on us. Will came to troubleshoot it and found multiple problems that made it clear that a quick repair was not a good idea. Will was able to help us out with warrantying a part and also got us a new boiler at a very reasonable cost.His team communicated with us throughout the process and got a new boiler installed promptly without any hassle. Also fixed some piping issues we had, which may have caused problems for the boiler before.They were very fair on pricing and transparent with everything. Would definitely recommend!!

We had our steam humidifier installed by Will at Amour, a 5/5 experience. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, come up with a solution and then was very communicative and timely from scheduling to finish. The service itself went off without a hitch, which was great, and he even helped us with a totally unrelated issue after the successful install - that was just a bonus to us! Currently the heat and humidity is exactly what he said it would be (and where we want it to be). Would definitely look him up for our future HVAC needs, highly recommend.

Had Will & Austin recently remove an older furnace & install a Viessmann Air Handler. I was given ample notice of the installation dates, & the installation went very well, & was professionally done. Had an issue a few days later that Will resolved by 6:00pm. Fair pricing & quality work, would recommend to anyone needing mechanical work done.

Called them up with a furnace issue during a cold snap and they immediately came over, assessed the issue, found the necessary part, and had it changed out and fixed within a couple hours. Highly recommend.

Came home to find our hot water tank had blew up! Will was willing to address it that evening, which was much appreciated, but we were able to wait until the next day. Owen showed up on time and had us back to hot showers in a matter of hours. We will definitely be using Amour Mechanical again and highly recommend them!
